About Plumage Jewelry
Hi! I’m Liza and the jewelry designer behind Plumage. I live in the beautiful California coastal town of Ventura.
In 2002, I began making jewelry as a way to express my creativity while homeschooling my two children. My eldest just graduated high school and so I am free to pursue my jewelry endeavors with more fervor. I am blissfully married to Sterling.
All Plumage jewelry is made lovingly handcrafted using high-quality silver and semi-precious stones.
Custom pieces are available upon request. Alterations and repairs are also available.

– Wholesale price is 40% off retail on orders of 10-199, and 50% off orders of 200+ pairs
– There is a minimum purchase of 10 pairs for wholesale orders
– Lead time is 1-2 weeks depending on order size

Returns & Repairs
I hope you love your new jewelry and I will work with you to make sure you are happy. My return and repair policy is as follows:
Returns must be unworn and received by Plumage Jewelry within 30 days of purchase for full refund. If your return is accepted, you will be refunded by original method of payment.
Between 30 and 60 days, unworn items may be returned for store credit.
If, within 30 days of purchase, your item breaks or needs repair, I will replace or repair free of charge. After 30 days, please contact me at email@example.com and we can discuss the options for repair or replacement.
To initiate a return, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value is highly recommended.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled. You may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it. If you would like to request a cancellation after purchase, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
